• This allows basing workshop on unified vanilla mesh-orange, addressing https://github.com/tomeshnet/mesh-orange/issues/52 and https://github.com/tomeshnet/meshstream/issues/3
• Much less files are copied at startup, docker archives are not copied to ~/ anymore, should help with https://github.com/tomeshnet/mesh-orange/issues/49 and https://github.com/tomeshnet/p2p-internet-workshop/issues/70
• New packaging and installer tool significantly improves set up process https://github.com/tomeshnet/p2p-internet-workshop/issues/69 along with basing this on official releases of vanilla mesh-orange
• Adds bwm-ng to resolve https://github.com/benhylau/mesh-router-builder/issues/10
