Fix docker #17

This creates a 490 MB docker archive but it works.

Either chaining all the run commands together to a single run command (simple but fragile), or using multi-stage builds should help reduce the file size.

@jedahan let's continue the conversation on #16 I wonder if what we are doing is ideal. Not very familiar with docker.
