Articles and Work should not be shown on title bar. #13

For release 1, 'articles' and 'work' should be removed from the title bar as there won't be any content.

Conditional logic has been implemented.

Given that the user isn't logged in, the 'articles' and 'work' tab are hidden. Given that the user has logged in and is either in the 'editor' or 'administrator' group, the 'articles' and 'work' tabs are shown.
