Fixed selected file and/or path not updating in Resources window. #164

Simple fix so that the file/path names in the Resources window are updated at the time that the user makes a selection. Previously the newly selected path would only show up after the Resources window was closed and opened again.

I don't think that adding quotes should make any difference: https://www.tcl.tk/man/tcl8.6/TclCmd/Tcl.html#M16

I tried loading a spellcheck file and changing the photoDir with the current code and the Resources window was updated. Could you please provide me with the steps to reproduce the bug?
