Use ttk_menu for all menus to adept to themes

Unfortunately there are problems with the menu's colors. Mainly indicators for cascade submenus are not effected and are not easily noticeable on dark themes. On Windows there are also other problems. Only the background of the menu entries is changed, leaving a sort of gray border. Furthermore the main menu bar is uneffected: it became very confusing. I would also be necessary to tested it on macOS before applying the changes on such a large scale.
