Theme's icons #92

What would be the best for installing them? Plain copy in the installation directory of scid, or may could scid read them from the users .scid-Directory?

The theme just have to create the images with the right names and they will override the default icons (it worked only the first time the theme was loaded, but now I moved InitImg to the beginning of start.tcl and should be fine).
