Merge upstream changes #35

Hemispheres recently released a final version of 1.99repeating, and there were several bug fixes and even a new applet to replace an old one! I'm probably not going to do a blind merge in, as I know I have opinions on how the reset changes were done, and I'm not sure if I'm willing to lose Binary for Button yet.

I addressed the conflicts in a local branch and opened a new PR for that since you can't change targets. See #36
