Add feedback on knob direction setting #52

Per the callibration docs, there's no feedback on the knob direction setting: https://ornament-and-cri.me/calibration/

This caused me confusion and has caused others (see #47) and there's no reason we can't add feedback on what the setting is and what it changes to.
