Investigate if we can legally display emotes somehow and implement this.

Per Twitch terms we can not display emotes. After talking to Twitch, they confirmed to me that the usage of the emotes is highly regulated, and that my request was not approved.

This means no Twitch emotes for the overlay, as it currently stands.
