Lots of poly ppl work in the sex industry - help us find dates! #100

Hey, I work in porn and as a dominatrix! There are some questions relating to this that I and all my sex worker friends have to hunt out manually. Could you consider adding them to the plugin? Lots of us alternative folk work in the industry and it's such a discriminatory factor! It would be so great!

Some of the questions come up with keywords porn, sex work, sex worker, escort, prostitute, prostution, stripper, strip club.

Yes, absolutely, I'd love to add those.

Can you submit a suggestion for a category name, and the questions that apply? To get the question ids (which I need to add the questions to the plugin), right-click on the question text, click Inspect Element, and look around near the highlighted line for text like "qtext_28831". The number is the question ID, and with that, I can add the questions to the category.

The category should be called 'Sex Worker Positive'

Questions:

Imagine that after becoming romantically involved with someone, they reveal that they formerly earned a living as a prostitute. How would you react to this new information?qtext_38508 'Indifferently' & 'positively' are both good.

Could you date someone who is/was any sort of sex worker?qtext_18048 The Answers 'yes, at least they know what they're doing' and 'this question offends me' are correct (some right-on people think the 'yes...' answer is a bit gross, with the bit about 'least they know what they're doing')

Should prostitution be legal? - qtext_218 Answer 'Yes' is best. The Answer 'yes but only if regulated is semi-acceptable (shows ignorance but not the worst) The others are bad Would you ever sleep with a porn star? qtext_333 Answer 'yes' is best.

Is a girl who's slept with 100 guys a bad person? qtext_13 'No' obvs! Would you consider having a serious relationship with an active porn star? qtext_48659 'Yes'

If you had an eighteen year old son or daughter who wanted to become an adult film star, how would you react?qtext_61465 'encourage' is mostly the best. (sometimes people put discourage, with a caveat, but w/e)

That's it! I think there's one about escorting or escort, but I can't find it! Would be great if you could but no worries if not! A million thanks!

The last question about the son/daughter, how would you rank each answer in terms of score (positivity/negativity), and weight? Something with a low weight will count less towards a user's score, which lets us deal with ambiguous or irrelevant answers.

As far as a donation, take that same amount and donate it to a charity of your choice if you'd like. Your enthusiastic thanks are donation enough for me!

Hey again! Not quite sure what you mean about weight, but encouragement is best, then full discouragement, and discouraging either son or daughter are the worst answers! The whole question sucks tho as a useful method of talking about politics really!

K, that makes sense... thanks for clarifying. I'm happy to hear from someone who this category applies to, instead of being an ignorant decision maker.

I'll try and update the plugin with those changes in the next few days. I'll let you know here when I do!
