Not always finding/showing all questions. #107

The extension does not always seem to find and display all the question indicated in a category, even though they are publicly answered by both parties. Tried this one two different machines, same result.

This does happen for users who answer a lot of questions. The plugin looks for the first ~20 pages of questions, and uses those, so if there are a ton of questions, some of them will be on pages 21+, and won't get considered by the plugin.

Unfortunately, this isn't something I can make much better unless OkCupid releases an API (which would be absolutely incredible, but isn't likely).
