Added Aeon and changed clashing colour of other town. #14

I've added Aeon's official land claims after same talking with Ds. Some other town used the same colour as Venice, so I've changed their colour.

Can you remove the inkscape:connector-curvature attributes? It makes the svg invalid and won't show in the browser / on the map.

Also, Kaiserinreich's color should be some shade of beige or unsaturated yellow.
