Looks good, you only need to remove the changes to the root svg tag, that sodipodi:namedview tag, and remove the inkscape:connector-curvature tags. Please make your changes rewriting git's history (interactive rebase or forced push) so that there is still only one commit in the PR.
Edit: the unwanted stuff probably comes from saving as inkscape-svg instead of plain svg.
