Please provide a flathub flatpak package #63

Installing mangohud via flatpak is becoming fairly common, a goverlay flatpak package on flathub would be very nice to have so that mangohud doesn't need to be installed on the host OS as well as via flatpak.

or at least make goverlay able to edit the config file of the flatpak mangohud. Currently it only seems to be able to edit the config file of mangohud that's installed through the distro's native package manager
