JSpinner increment and decrement do not work in AWT mode. #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the robot event mode to AWT.
2. Call 'increment' or 'decrement' in JSpinnerDriver.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the next or previous value to be selected, but
nothing happens.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
