Provide base testcase implementations #91

Even though TestNG and Junit4 allow any test-annotated class to serve as a
testcase, without the need of extending a base class, it would be useful to
have a base testcase implementation that takes care of proper RobotFixture
initialization/cleanup, which judging by the comments on the user-group is
a common gotcha for new users.

This is tightly coupled with issue 89 (IMHO.) I think this two issues should be 
fixed
together.
