Camera remains active after taking photo. #98

Briefly Describe the Bug: The camera remains active after taking a photo. Additionally, it does not reactivate after coming back from being put in the background.

To Reproduce

  1. Open MapMap
  2. Tap +
  3. Camera ensure camera is loaded
  4. Close the screen
  5. See indicator still on

Expected Behavior: Camera should disable and reenable as needed
