Need a rules module to allow events to trigger other events in the app.

• [ ] hook/callback systems for triggering events
• [ ] rules hash for these events
  • rules = { }
  • rules["chores"]
  • rules["tasks"]
  • rules["allowances"]

cases, ideally create DSL for doing these via plain language code:

• if any_user completes task_id then do 'x'
• if user_id completes # task(s) then do 'x'
• if user_id completes task_id then do x
• when hourly do x
• when daily do x
• when user_id completes # lists then do x
• when user_id completes list_id then do x
• when user_id completes task_id x times then do x
• etc

where x can be:

• give user daily allowance
• show special message
  • user_id now has 'x' minutes video games for the day
  • user_id now has 'x' minutes screen time for the day
  • ideally, these can be checked off when completed
