Staff micro template #14

Create a micro template for staff members that will generate items to the staff page.

Unsuccessful so far with "Special Pages" plugin. Trying with "Custom Fields" plugin.

I18N Custom Fields plugin is working. I just pushed a very basic teacher.php template to my 'sam_dev' branch on the repo. I was basing the structure off of Ji's teacher.jpg comp. Still not sure how to generate a full staff page off of this though.
