Header SASS sheet is in place with the logo generated.

Primary navigation tabs styled and coded.

Logo, primary and secondary nav styling are complete. Secondary nav links are still not functional.

Favicon is uploaded to Dropbox under 'development > staging > assets'.

Favicon has been added to the repo and deployed to production server.

Cannot close issue without resolving browser compatibility issues. Was using head.js for browser feature testing, but this caused an issue with slideshow plugin.

May need to change to modernizr.
