add support for 3.0 beta #18

extensions don't detect beta leagues, it would be nice to add them

Do the beta characters show up on the website and are you able to view their inventories from there? Last beta they did not so there isn't any way for Looty to get the data.

I'm not really sure about that, but poe.trade can work with Beta public stashes so at least something is published.

ah ok, I think that's a different API than the one that looty uses
