[Feature Request] Discoverable and Collaborative Shared Collections #1067

Sharing collections was mentioned in #316 and currently works but they are not discoverable by different users (you need to share the link) and other users cannot contribute to the collection, only view it. It would be great to have collections that show up on every (or chosen) users home and everyone contribute by adding/changing/removing items. Same goes for templates/scrapers/tags/etc. they could be shared among users.

I will add another usecase to show how cool this would be. I am setting up a makerspace-organisation-tool to keep our mess under control. It would be very cool to have many people work on the same shared database of "all the stuff".

Currently I love how it works for me, I am debating to just share one single user among all. But collaborating on a big collection with multiple authenticated users would be superneat.
