Description

Only tiny issue: Form template in EXT:form\Resources\Private\Frontend\Templates\Form.html has the line additionalAttributes="{formvh:translateElementProperty(element: form, property: 'fluidAdditionalAttributes')}" Your template in Resources\Private\Templates\Form\Form.html not.
