Upgrade to Bootstrap 4.3 using responsive font sizes #648

Feature Request

The new Bootstrap version 4.3 finally ships with responsive font sizes, a feature which we always had to hack manually into each project. This is super exciting, and I can't wait until this update is integrated into the best TYPO3 extension on market :-) Any plans on that? As far as I see there are no breaking changes, so it should be easy.

@Moongazer will have to check, we already have responsiveness for headlines implemented. But yeah, I also want to have it.
