Cant delete temp files from bootstrap_package. #758

Bug Report

Prerequisites

Description

When I go to "Maintenance" --> "Remove Temporary Assets" I'm unable to delete the files/folder "/typo3temp/assets/bootstrappackage". If I press delete I see the notice in the right top corner: cleared

But if even after that it looks like this: temp_files

BTW I noticed this behavior since bootstrap_package v9

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install bootstrap_package v11.0.1
  2. Call the frontend
  3. go to "Maintenance" --> "Remove Temporary Assets"
  4. try to delete every temp Assets and see how you cant delete the ones from bootstrap_package

Expected behavior: Every file should be deleted

Actual behavior: "/typo3temp/assets/bootstrappackage" does not get deleted

Seems to be related to: https://github.com/TYPO3/TYPO3.CMS/commit/fea0bdcf0ccc2a44ea57cdbce85ed916940e2ed5

Will test it and report back. In which version of TYPO3 will this fix be included?

9.5.12 (scheduled for December 17th, 2019) and 10.2.0 (scheduled for December 3th, 2019)
