Add files to Crowdin project #926

Hi EXT:bootstrap_package is already added to the Crowdin server, but the files are missing - https://crowdin.com/project/typo3-extension-bootstrappackage.

Please add them by following this description: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/10.4/en-us/ApiOverview/Internationalization/TranslationServer/Crowdin/ExtensionIntegration.html#integration

At the moment, only English is available on TYPO3 v10 instances

Hi again

I can see that the project is present at the CrowdIn server. Now, only the integration needs to be setup: https://crowdin.com/project/typo3-extension-bootstrappackage/apps

It would be great to get the extension up fro translations!
