Fixed a problem with a missing .T in the grids (no guarantee there won't be more!) and added an optimized_likelihood_grid to do the optimization loop over contrast but return the function value.
To be honest, this is such a near duplicate for the contrast grid function that we should merge them together; this was just a quick demo.
