There are a number of Source models we should implement in drpangloss:
[ ] Disks: most of these are already implemented as functions in github.com/benjaminpope/ami and can be directly ported.
[ ] Resolved stars: We should allow cartesian and polar binaries to consist of resolved stars, like in xara.
[ ] Oblate stars: Shashank's ELR models are already in Jax, and we just need to write an API to put these into drpangloss.
[ ] Harmonix models: these have analytic visibilities and are already sharing a similar API.
[ ] Wolf-Rayet nebulae by @ryanwhite1, which are currently evaluated on a pixel grid but we probably want to be able to fit to purely interferometric data (like ye olde aperture masking data).
As some infrastructural things,
[ ] We want to have a source.render(*args) method, to render an image of a source, with attendant plotting code to make it nice for a paper. This should look basically like @blakelyd's gorgeous images of PDS 70 in my view.
[ ] We will also need to incorporate the 1 and 2 sided matrix FT methods to be able to transform models defined in the pixel basis (including renders) or in meshes into complex visibilities.
