Implement an api in the server where instructors will ratings of their
students (similar to students can see ratings done of them)
Their students are part of groups they created.
(AT): Instructors can see on the dashboard the concerned student's
email, followed by multiple blocks containing a detailed view of the ratings
received by the student.
