Appears to be missing RE 11 train in Germany #20

The Rhein-Hellweg-Express (RE 11) connects Paderborn with the adjacent stations of Altenbeken and Lippstadt. The current route has been in service since 2016. So there should be a fast connection between these places, but chronotrains indicates it would take over 2 hours to get to Lippstadt:

I was even able to spot a live RE 11 train going between Paderborn and Lippstadt on the live train tracker:

Additional info: The RE 11 goes from Paderborn Hbf to Lippstadt in 16 minutes. The RB 89 goes from Paderborn Hbf to Lippstadt in 22 minutes (has additional stops). Hbf = Hauptbahnhof = main station in German. On weekdays, the RE 11 departs Paderborn Hbf once hourly, from 6:09 until 22:09.

At https://direkt.bahn.guru/?origin=8000297 (you said direkt.bahn.guru was your data source) it does show the connection to Lippstadt, so it seems to be an issue with chronotrains in particular.

Despite being very far from Hanover, Paderborn is part of the Hanover S-Bahn system, so there is an additional connection from Paderborn Hbf to Altenbeken using the S5 train that is also missing.

I find the same issue with Sørlandsbanen. There seems to be some data missing.
