add Brazilian Portuguese Translation #47

Add locales file to translate the interface to Brazilian Portuguese. Add dictionary file for playing in Brazilian Portuguese.

Amazing ! Thanks for your contribution @renanrodrigo. The preview looks good, I don't speak portuguese but everything seems fine.
