Functionality to override the distracted time limit #6

d97719be6c98b5c683ebbc8595fa4d7c2d1655c9 added the functionality for limiting time, it's too rigid though, if you can't override it then you will probably just turn it off and forget to turn it back on; This should be a setting though.
