Bricked my Wii when installing Systemmenu 4.0U #100

What IOS did you use
A patched 36
What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
LU12
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to be done but NAND:CreateFile failed.
Please provide any additional information below.
Wii was on 4.1.  No Priiloader, was getting that later. Installed 4.0, boom 
nothing on Wii boot-up.
