Sonic R 2 course freeze

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Sonic Gems Collection
2. Choose a track
3. Reset it 2 times, it'll froze

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The race is supposed to restart, but I see a black screen with a "bzzzzzz" sound

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
Last version (22 feb 2015), on WiiU

Please provide any additional information below.
