move local macro defintion for MatrixMode's return values around #17

Suggested fix for program termination of -estout matrix()- in combination with the -style()- option.

If pulled there, this will fix benjann/estout#16 .

I now fixed estout.ado accordingly. The fixed code will be in the next SSC update.
