What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.07/25/12 sent 20.03 coins made ​​from the address 
13gxidrNoJpuAApiJu22zz32Ye6kA7EY7f to address 
1NcNutUgDYFcWbZiUcjMNTHMZYDCFhAn3v (MtGox valid address)
2. transaction is not confirmed

Is the tx still pending? (printed in grey in your tx list)
Did you include a proper fee? (e.g. BTC 0.0005)

Have a look at this document:

If you want to "cancel" your tx and unlock your Bitcoins, use "Reset 
blockchain" from the preferences.
