Payment not transmitted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change fee setting to allow fees lower then 0.0005
2.Send payment for 0.020001

What is the expected output? 
Payment should be delayed or rejected - money should return to wallet
What do you see instead?
Money will be taken of your wallet - but payment greyed out and showing  "This 
payment has not been transmitted yet." - and it stay like this forever (already 
2 days passed) 

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? 3.04
On what Android version : 4.0.4
and what phone? Samsung Galaxy S 2

If you have problems with particular transactions, what is your Bitcoin
address? If you happen to have transaction IDs, please state them as well.

problem solved - Reset Blokchain option - transaction was transmitted - ISSUE 
SOLVED - sry :)

Android bitcoin wallet on a samsung galaxy 3 - recieved bitcoin OK however when 
I tried to transmit full amount of bit coin recieved a greyed out message 
stating "this payment has not been transmitted yet" Can you help It looks like 
I have lost 1.5 coins
