What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created wallet backup in July
2. Galaxy S3 enters catastrophic boot loop requiring a re-flash of the ROM
3. Install Bitcoin-wallet on new ROM
4. Restore wallet backup
5. Most recent transaction goes to "internal" on Aug 12 leaving me with a
balance of 0.00BTC

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? On what Android version and
what phone? Don't just state 'most recent', this is not enough info.
I am now using 3.19. I do not know what version I was using before my phone
crashed.

The wallet securing transaction (marked as "internal") sent your coins to a
new, secure address. You need to restore a backup that has this address. This
means the backup must be roughly from August or later.

Can you ask support questions in the forum

I just met with this issue today. I only lost a few dollars, but I cant imagine
what my reaction would havr been if I actually had a serious balance.

I demand an answer for this or I would rather have your app off the app store.
