Add an option to hide your current wallet balance from the screen #230

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open up the app.
2. Your current wallet balance is visible to anyone around you looking at your
phone screen.

Expected output:

I'd like an option to turn off my current wallet balance display when making or
receiving a payment. Maybe you have to go to a second screen to see your
current wallet balance if you have "hide balance turned on". Although right
now, it is important to keep the app very simple so when I show people how it
works there aren't a bunch of screens, but when bitcoin is ubiquitous and used
daily, I don't want everyone I make and receive payments from to see my current
wallet balance. When I pull paper dollar bills out of my wallet, the person I
am paying can't see exactly how much I have in there. If I write a check to
someone or receive a check from someone, neither of us know the balance of the
entire bank account of the other party. When someone uses a credit card or
debit card, the vendor placing the charges on the card does not know the
balance of the cardholders account. I am perfectly aware that the balance of a
bitcoin address is public information already, but the bitcoin wallet app
already supports multiple addresses manually, and once "Issue 19: Request: New
address for every incoming payment" is resolved, the issue I am currently
bringing up is going to be even more necessary.

Bitcoin Wallet version:

3.21, on android 4.3

One simple thing that might help a little with this is to make the QR code for
receiving funds fill the entire screen, instead of most of it.

You could use the Receive screen for showing your QR code to the sender.

This is an option, but you still have to be sure you can discretely get to the
receive screen. Maybe an option to jump right to the send or receive screen
from a shortcut icon on your phone's home screen if you don't want to make a
separate startup screen within the bitcoin wallet app? I don't know exactly
what this is called, but k9mail has the ability for me to jump right into a
specific e-mail account, rather than first going to the selection of e-mail
accounts that comes up when I open k9mail normally. Maybe the same methodology
could be use in bitcoin to get from the phone's home screen straight to the
send or receive screen?

Sure, it's possible to add a "Receive Bitcoin" launcher icon. However, my
experience with my other app is that users are a bit allergic on multiple
launcher icons.
