Take out the confirmation indicators #237

I was talking to Moe this evening, who organised the Amsterdam conference. He's
a happy user of the app, but he asked me what the circle is for. Two issues
here:

1) The meaning of the circle is not explained anywhere in the UI. I'm guessing
a lot of people have the same question.

2) I honestly couldn't give him a reasonable explanation. There's just no way
to explain what the hell a block really means, in terms of end-user actionable
information. The lack of reported double spends means it's hard to communicate
how it makes you more secure or even why.

IMHO the circles should just be removed. In the event that a user really cares
about the difference between 2 blocks and 3, they can check the block view in
the network monitor.

Icons also serve the purpose of aerating the UI. So I wouldn't take it out
completely. If you're arguing just about "pie chart" like progress, then why is
this an issue at all. For those who know will read it, and those who not will
simply not notice and ignore.

What do others think?

UI doesn't work like that. People who don't understand WILL notice it, and
waste time wondering what it is or whether it's important and worrying about if
they're going to accidentally use the app wrong. After all, the reason I filed
this bug is someone asked me what they're for.

The indicators could be replaced with something else, but I don't think there
should be something there just to fill pixels.
