Change default display to mBTC

BTC is much too big of a unit, especially for small amounts meant to be held on 
a phone app.

1 mBTC = $1.03

Most phones would be holding 10 - 200 mBTC. Very inconvenient to display it as 
0.01 - 0.2 BTC. Especially hard to send small amounts like 0.005 BTC. 5 mBTC is 
much more convenient.

Changing the default is planned. Until then, you need to switch to mBTC 
manually.
