VPN connections crash with Froyo

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.99, Froyo on desire kernel 2.6.32.15-g1fc4045

Please provide any additional information below.
I need the relevant tun.ko file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. VPN connections crash with Froyo on Moto Droid
2. Application opens, set connection, and when you go to connect it crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connected state.  The application VPN Connections (process 
org.conandroid.vpnc_frontend) has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again. 
[Force close]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.99, Froyo on Moto Droid ver. 2.2, base c_01.3e.03p, kernal 2.6.32.9-g103d848, 
build bugless beast v0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This worked when I was on saphire, I was using .97, I have updated to .99 and 
redownloaded the tun.ko file just incase it changed.

Same here. v0.99 crashes on HTC Desire running Froyo (kernel 2.6.32.15-g1fc4045)

I experience the same problems with my Galaxy S and the froyo kernel from 
voodoo project (pre 6).

Same problem here: Galaxy S with Voodoo 5.3. The app crashes as soon as I click 
the connect-Button.
