Add semifinals bonus #20

We need to add the seminfinals bonus points (4 points for picking all 4 semifinalists correctly) as per the scoring rules.

Threw in a quick solution for the matches listing; didn't get to the standings yet

I think this works :)

I noticed on the matches page that a bonus is "awarded" for some users when it shouldn't be. I haven't dug into it yet, but Ernie Powers is one example.

Yeah, our fix is hacky, but working....

Better solution for 2018 :)
