In Spider-Man 2 the first and second time I save its fine but the third the it will freeze #9

1. Pause menu 
2.  I went to save/load in pause menu
3.pressed save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For it to save. Instead  I see on save in progress 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 40 on Wii U

Please provide any additional information below
I can tell it is frozen because the background of the pause menu moves when it 
is  NOT frozen
