Description

  1. From the context of the UG description, it did not specifically say only for Singaporeans thus, how does the app deal with international/non-singaporean/non-pr holders who needs to be registered but do not fit the NRIC requirements Where now we need to unique identify patients by NRIC but the system has no way of recording their home NRIC/passport number.

Expected Result: Should be able to add them in.

Actual Result: deny addition

Propose Solution State in UG more clearly or allow for a less restrictive ID check for other country people.
