R session gets aborted during dereplication of reverse reads #1956

I tried running dada2 in r but while it gets to the dereplication step of the reverse read the session seems to get aborted. Screenshot 2024-05-17 145935

The data i used is a bioproject "https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/?term=PRJNA393472" -paired end data
