Retry failed uploads? #52

Is it on the roadmap to add automatic retry for failed uploads?

I do not have a road map. Unfortunately, I am not currently working in react native regularly, so this project is not a priority for me. That being said, I think there is a lot of potential to improve this project. I'll file an issue asking if anyone would like to take over and own this project.
