HMR when htmlTemplate change #100

按照bisheng的文档，我配置了下devServerConfig: image 但是并不起作用。 接下来我又扩展了下webpackConfig的配置： image HMR 还是没什么效果，请问现在有什么思路可以解决这个问题吗？ @paranoidjk
