Fix clock invert option in the 3.1.0-S2 firmware #64

Perhaps just having a separate "clock mode" nval setting would be the simplest fix (if there's room to add additional settings)

3.1.0-S3 is now uploaded, which fixes this problem (by using a separate nval setting for the clock part).
