Feature request - Add Card in UI #43

Thank you for building this plugin!

It would be great if you could add a card from the UI. E.g. a little + button at the bottom of a column that allows you to create a card.

Thanks! Yup this is next on the list of enhancements I've planned (for the drag and drop variant).
